Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Korenation Studios! If for any reason you're not happy with your item(s), we offer a hassle-free return policy on most Items.
Eligibility:

Most items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip).

Some exclusions may apply (see below).

Returned items must be in original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Return Process:

Initiate your return: Visit our Returns Center on our website ([link to Returns Center]) or contact us at [Your Email Address] to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number (RMA).

Pack your return: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.

Ship your return: Include the completed return form (provided with your RMA) and proof of purchase inside the package. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring your return for valuable items).
Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within [Number] business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us via email within 30 days from receiving your order on how to proceed. Not all Items can be returned. Personalized Items, paper and lower under garments and swimsuits bottoms are non-refundable.
When instructed by Korenation Studio's to fill out the form, please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return and a photo if damaged or poor print quality. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved or more information is needed.
Only items purchased directly from https://www.korenation.online will be accepted. For products purchased from our authorized vendors, please get in touch with us directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation and the return label on the outside of the package.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items purchased through Korenation Studio's includes: incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling, personalized items, paper products, lower undergarments and swimsuit bottoms or opened vitality products.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Korenation Studio’s reserves the right to deny any return.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Are you simply not satisfied with your order?
#1. Immediately, contact our Customer Support team at korenation.corp@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate your return for approval to begin the return process.
#2. Second, if instructed, please complete this form on the left. Please include the following information:
1. Order # number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable). Download from Phone or PC.
4. Complete delivery address
5. Contact telephone number.
6. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, a refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) when the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Please contact our Customer service at support @ korenation.corp@gmail.com to get return approval. You will have to pay return fees if the return label has been discarded or lost.
